Commission Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:Will draw: NSFW (18+), Gore, Horror, Original Characters, Fanart, and any fictional maps created for private use.Will Not Draw: Minors, Politics, Age Play, or bigoted content.Payment:
• All sales are final!! No refund will be available unless project is canceled or unfinished within given time.
• Payment must be in full prior to the commission being started.
• Forms of payment other than PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp, or Venmo will be declined.
• There is a right to refuse service at will.
• I will not accept the usage of AI-generated images as references due to inaccuracy and personal beliefs.Commission Progress:
• Updates will be given many times (between sketch progress and twice more after line art). Any changes made after the line art is finished and/or during coloring will cost more, varying on what degree of changes have been made.
• If you are unsatisfied and want any changes to the palette, please let it be known ASAP!After commission:
• Once a piece has been handed off to the customer, I will not take responsibility for the use of said commission!!
• Finished piece will be sent via email!!
• Do not run my artwork through an AI generator. This is a strict policy, even after the commission has been handed off. Thank you in advance.
